Step 3. Get Verified & Onboarded

Our team verifies your details and location. Once approved, you receive:

  • Personal LFA Dashboard
  • Support Contact Access
  • Task Assignment
  • Welcome Kit (Digital)

Step 4. Start Working & Earning

  • Collect local news and Panchayat info.
  • Upload to Gujarat Returns.
  • Get it verified.
  • Receive payment for approved work.

Who is an LFA?

An LFA (Local Field Associate) is a local representative who works part-time or full-time in their own area to:

  • Collect and submit local news, events, and government updates
  • Coordinate with Gram Panchayats to digitize their information
  • Help villagers access online services through Gujarat Returns
  • Support local entrepreneurs with compliance, marketing & tech tools
  • Earn income based on the work submitted (Work & Get Paid)

Who Can Join?

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Should have basic smartphone and internet access
  • Preferably living in a rural or semi-urban area of Gujarat
  • Able to collect and submit Panchayat info or local news
  • Willing to work on a Work & Get Paid model
  • Should be honest, active, and connected to local communities
